  • Short CV

I completed my Ph.D. in 2021 at Istanbul Technical University with a thesis titled “Mechanical Behavior of Bi-directional Beams”. In my doctoral research, I analyzed the mechanical behavior of Euler-Bernoulli beams with material properties varying in two directions within the framework of non-local strain-gradient elasticity. From 2021 to 2024, I worked as a researcher in the mechanics division at Istanbul Technical University. During this period, I investigated the bending and vibration behaviors of composite beams and plates using both theoretical and artificial intelligence-supported approaches.

  • Research Interests

My research interests are in the area of

  1. Polymer Nanocomposites,
  2. Mechanics of Elastomer-based Composites,
  3. Theoretical and Computational Behavior of Self-Healing Composites.
